Foreign Arrangements e-Learning Course

This course provides a foundation level understanding of the Foreign Arrangements Scheme (the Scheme). Topics include an overview and purpose of the Scheme, notification requirements for different entity types and how to use the Online Portal.

• To access the Course, you will first need to register a DFAT Lumi account. You will be automatically directed to do this when you click the Course link above. Please scroll down of the page and select 'Register (Non-DFAT Employees)'.
• When creating your DFAT Lumi account, you will be asked for a Reason and a Name of Contact.
  For the Reason, please input 'To access the Foreign Arrangements e-Learning Course' and for the Name of Contact, please input 'Foreign Arrangements Branch'.
